What is the sum of your purpose as a Creation of God?

If you were to assign a purpose to why anything exists at all, what would you say is that ultimate purpose we were fashioned for, and why is that purpose preeminent above all other relations we could have ideally?

The scriptures make it clear that it was … to provide a place for the sons and daughters of God to dwell in mortality and prove themselves worthy, through keeping the commandments, to return to the presence of God from whence they came.
